Successfully grew an office that was averaging $8 million a month in sales to an average monthly sales volume of $35 million in 4 years. Responsible for the operations of the entire office, 55 real estate agents and 5 staff members, managing expenses from advertising to office supplies. Responsible for review and risk management of all transactions in the office (approx 450 a year). Managed through, with little breakage, one acquisition of our company and two merges with other companies within a 4 1/2-year period. Instrumental in the successful merge of 2 very differing cultures into one office.
